Getting up and running with PowerBase involves a number of things, and our pricing model is designed to give you maximum flexibility in assembling a set of services that meet your needs.
We’ve developed the following packages based on our understanding of what groups are likely to need. You’re welcome to mix and match services to create a package that’s right for you.
Minimum: $2,000
Minimum package includes:
- PowerBase installation and hosting for one year, four online trainings, and five hours of phone support.
- Annual hosting cost after one year is $1200 or $1500 depending on the size of your database.
Who should get it: Groups who can handle their own data transfer and don’t need much training or technical support.
Intermediate: $5,000
Intermediate package includes:
- PowerBase Installation and hosting for one year
- Unlimited online training for one year
- Unlimited technical assistance for one year
- Annual hosting cost after one year is $1200 or $1500 depending on the size of your database.
- Annual technical support cost after one year is $2000
- Annual training cost after one year is $1000
Who should get it: Groups who want adequate training and technical assistance.
Full: $17,000
Full package includes:
- PowerBase installation and hosting for one year
- Data transfer/import services
- Unlimited technical assistance
- Unlimited online training
- A site visit to help you use PowerBase more effectively
- Attendance at 3, face to face, strategic integration trainings
- Annual hosting cost after one year is $1200 or $1500 depending on the size of your database.
- Annual technical support cost after one year is $2000
- Annual training cost after one year is $1000
