Training and Technical Support are arguably the most important element in successful implementation of any technology, but especially databases.
This is as true for PowerBase as it is for any other technology tool, and groups using PowerBase have a variety of choices for getting training and technical support.
Training:
Progressive Technology Project will be offering online and face to face PowerBase training. Our goal with our online training is to enhance and augment the video tutorial and written guides to help you and your staff build your technical skills to use PowerBase effectively. Our face to face training is designed to go beyond technical skills and delve into organizational integration, and the strategic connection between using your database and building your organizing program to greater scope and scale.
Technical Support:
Groups using PowerBase have a number technical support options including our online forums, email, and phone support. Use of the online forums is free. If your organization choose to sign-up for a support package that includes phone or email support, contact information for our support staff is accessible through the support menu in your PowerBase.
